Well I have loved art since I was knee high to a grass hopper and will probably do so until I’m deader than door nails. After 20 years ‘in the field’ I now have my own studio where I ‘perform’ calligraphy, illustration, graphic and web design. It all really relates, but calligraphy and illustration are my first loves from childhood. I ‘made my living in graphic design’ up in good old Washington, DC and then learned web design about 10 years ago, seeing it as another great advertising medium. Now I am fascinated with communicating with others through this email blast flyer service I have developed. Its quite a challenge to work around the spam filters. I love designing the flyers. I use a professional email service to handle the bulk email management set up. I’ve loved blogs since whenever, but this is the first time I had some time to get one going. I hope I get to share some information that I know and also get a lot of information I didn’t know. Like what do people really want and expect from their advertising designers? Does the average person like receiving direct email marketing about stuff that relates to them? Well I’ll learn more about my blogging and see if I can get something going. Another exciting chapter!
